Global Graduate Program

We’re building the clean energy workforce of the future, and we want you to join us! Visit avangrid.com/careers to apply for one of our early career development programs.

Our Global Graduate Program is a two-year international rotational program to prepare early career employees to be future leaders or technical specialists at AVANGRID with a global mindset.

The program is intended for recent graduates with less than two years of professional experience.

As a Global Graduate, you’ll start as an Associate in a specific field and work to become a well-rounded member of your Hiring Manager’s team upon completion of the program.

You’ll rotate through three to four challenging assignments in your field, including one in an international IBERDROLA Group location such as Spain or Scotland. You’ll build connections with subject matter experts, a formal mentor from the business, and your peers through monthly Cohort Connects. You’ll also participate in professional development workshops on soft skills, including giving and receiving feedback, embracing change, and leading meetings.
