Avangrid was recognized for its innovative approach to employee wellness alongside 19 other forward thinking organizations redefining employee wellbeing as a strategic advantage.

Data points and information was gathered from several sources, including company websites; sustainability reports; trade and national press coverage. The companies that were chosen demonstrated to Fast Company that their HR and wellness policies were uniquely differentiated, innovative, and focused squarely on the needs of their employees.
