The United Illuminating Company has a 50% ownership in five subsidiaries that have no employees: GCE Holding LLC, GenConn Energy LLC, GenConn Devon LLC, GenConn Middletown LLC and UIL Distributed Resources LLC. However, certain United Illuminating employees, including employees from the Legal, Accounting, and Marketing Departments, charge some of their time to these subsidiaries, per the directions of the State of Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.


Posting Requirements

A transmission provider must post on its Internet Web site the names and addresses of all its affiliates that employ or retain marketing function employees.

Timing of Posting

Updates to the Affilates information must be posted within seven business day of any change.
