2. I don't remember my user name (or the system does not recognize it).
Your user name is the same as the e-mail address with which you registered.

You can retrieve your password by clicking on the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the Careers Opportunities page. The System will ask you to enter your e-mail address to retrieve your password.
4. If I was registered before May 2013, what should I do?
If you registered before May 2013, you must register as a new user. Our system has been updated and will no longer recognize users registered prior to May 2013.
5. What can I do if I change my email account?
Your user name is your email address and appears in the personal details of your resume. If you plan on changing your email address, we recommend you to: 1) first update the email address on your resume in the system and 2) secondly to update the email address in your candidate profile.

From time-to-time, our recruiters will source registered users in our recruitment system for open positions. If you choose to not release your profile, your profile will then only be visible for those vacancies of which you directly apply; our recruiters would not be able to pull up your CV / profile for a position you have not applied.
9. Do I need to upload a resume document?
It is highly recommended to upload a copy of your resume (*.pdf format preferred) as well as complete the details of your profile and career background on your application.

- What are the next steps after the evaluation of candidates?

1. How does AVANGRID conduct its applicant pre-selection processes?
Once an application is submitted for a vacancy, the resume is evaluated for qualifications and experience based on the posted job vacancy requirements.
2. What are the next steps after the evaluation of candidates?
After the recruitment team evaluates the applicant pool, the most qualified candidates are reviewed with the hiring manager to determine who is selected for an interview.
3. Which Iberdrola companies advertise their vacancies through the Candidate area?
The Career Page is utilized across the Iberdrola Group, therefore this affects all companies internationally.
When applying for a vacancy, our recruiters will review the submitted applicants. At times, your profile may not fit the profile required or there are other applicants who are more specifically suited for the job.
Please note that we recieve a very high volume of applications and messages, and are not always able to correspond with every applicant throughout the process. However at the very least you will recieve an email notification once the vacancy has been closed. If that is the case, we encourage you to browse other vacancies that you may be a better bit for.

- How will I know if my application has been selected for participation in a selection process?
1. How can I determine whether my details were entered correctly?
When you enter your resume, the system goes through different sections that enable you to complete your personal details, training, and so on. Once you have completed each of the selections, you can view your resume as it will be registered in the applicant database. Please do not use the Autofill option on your internet browser..
2. I have participated in an interview and I am unaware of the status of my application?
If you have interviewed for a position, the assigned recruiter or manager will follow up with you to provide the decision and/or feedback. If you do not hear from us within two weeks after interviewing, please reach out to the recruiter or hiring manager that you previously corresponded with.
3. How will I know if my application has been selected for participation in a selection process?
The selected applicants receive a telephone call, email, or text message from one of our recruiters. Please note that we receive a very high volume of applications and messages, and are not always able to correspond with every applicant throughout the process. However, at the very least you will receive an email notification once the vacancy has been closed. If that is the case, we encourage you to browse other vacancies that you may be a better fit for.
