The program follows the 70/20/10 model of learning:
- 70% On-the-Job Experience: Interns are assigned business-critical projects to support strategic initiatives.
- 20% Relationships: Interns build connections with the Talent Development team, their Hiring Manager, coworkers, and fellow interns through biweekly Cohort Connects.
- 10% Formal Training: Interns participate in biweekly workshops and speaker sessions to learn practical skills, including personal branding and effective communication.
Interns showcase their achievements in a final five-minute pitch, which is celebrated company wide. Top interns will be eligible for full-time roles within Avangrid, including entry into our Rotational Graduate Program.
