Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is a committee of the Board of Directors. In accordance with Section 3.5 of the By-Laws of Avangrid, the Board of Directors may delegate to the Executive Committee, unless otherwise decided by the Board of Directors, all the authorities of the Board of Directors, to the extent permitted by applicable law and provided that any of the authorities assigned to the Unaffiliated Committee, as defined in the Shareholder Agreement, or the Audit and Compliance Committee may not be so delegated.
