• Networks combines the resources and expertise of eight electric and natural gas utilities with a rate base of $10.7 billion serving approximately 3.3 million customers in New York and New England.
• Renewables owns and operates a portfolio of renewable energy generation facilities across 24 states. It is one of the nation's largest producers of wind energy, producing 8GW of electricity.
