Binding Corporate Rules (BCR)
Personal data transfers by Iberdrola Group companies from the European Economic Area (EEA) to Avangrid and its subsidiaries are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Iberdrola Group’s Binding Corporate Rules ("BCR").
The Iberdrola Group's BCRs reflect European legislation on data protection (General Data Protection Regulation). The BCRs apply to the processing by Avangrid and its subsidiaries of personal data transferred from the EEA by Iberdrola Group companies.
