Annual Employee Engagement Survey
- The Loop, AVANGRID’s employee engagement survey, provides specific and actionable insights on how employees perceive the inclusiveness of our culture.
- Diversity is a key component of our succession planning process and quarterly talent discussions, focused on cultivating the next generation of AVANGRID leaders.
Talent Acquisition Partnerships
- Each year we invest in a variety of strategic partnerships with organizations working to advance professional and leadership diversity in the workplace, such as INROADS.
AVANGRID has a growing network of Business Resource Groups for our employee community – including WomENergy, AVAN-Veterans, and the Avangrid African-American Council of Excellence. Our BRGs are led by AVANGRID employees and provide opportunities for professional networking, career development, and community building.
Our employees also play a key role in planning and celebrating AVANGRID’s Heritage Month events. Each year we grow and find new ways to recognize these celebrations of diversity in our community.
